The Party of the Special Things to Do is an electroacoustic duo of free improvisation from Venice. Formed by Andrea Fabris on prepared percussion and Alessandro Gambato at the live electronics. Their music is based on a continuous exchange between sound sources, the percussion, and the algorithmic sound treatment applied in real time. The duo’s performances are spatialized through a quadriphonic audio system and the duo plays immersed in the space between the speakers, the audience is also invited to position themselves around the performers.
